Batard Making (Sourdough)
This batard recipe is simple to make! By using our frozen Sourdough base, it takes the hard word out of the traditional process.
The final product will produce a batard that has a crispy crust, soft and chewy crumb and a rich fermented aroma with a lingering sourish taste.
Note: Refer to end of recipe video for other iBake frozen dough type proofing time, baking time and temperature variance.
